As a former Torah Mitzion Rosh Kollel in the USA for several years ,fluent English speaker  as well as certified Rabbi by the Israeli Rabbnut with beautiful booming tenor voice and delicate sense of humor , I have officiated in dozens of Hupa vekidushun ceremonies, either fully in English or mixed Hebrew – English ceremonies over the years for couples from the USA, ENGLAND, AUSTRELIA AND SOUTH AFRICA….and from many other countries too.
